NetBoz is a live CD. It does not use a hard disk, while all the settings are stored on a write-protectable diskette, making it virtually inmune to intrusions and power failures.

TrustedBSD http://www.trustedbsd.org/
The TrustedBSD project provides a set of trusted operating system extensions to the FreeBSD operating system, targeting the Common Criteria for Information Technology Security Evaluation (CC). This project is still under development, and much of the code is destined to make its way back into the base FreeBSD operating system. This Web site will provide access to documentation, code relating to features that are still under development, and code that has its fingers in too many places to justify integrating into the base operating system.

Fireflybsd http://www.fireflybsd.com/
ZoneBSD http://zonebsd.org/
ZoneBSD's goal will be to factor as much Solaris code as necessary into FreeBSD in order to support running a FreeBSD container within a Solaris 10 Zone. Currently only Solaris containers are supported within Solaris Zones.
GoBSD http://gobsd.com/
GoBSD.com is a community network dedicated to DragonFlyBSD. The community growing around GoBSD will create a free distribution of DragonFly, advocate the use of DragonFly in personal and professional tasks, and work to ensure the stability and security of the DragonFly system.
