1. Embedded Software Engineer Major Job Responsibilities ·
Design and develop software for automotive entertainment and communication system in a real-time operating system environment
·
Develop and execute detailed test plans and software tools. Verify and validate software on bench and in vehicle
·
Follow software process using SEI CMM reference models
·
Interface with system/application engineer to develop and specify software requirements
Qualifications
·
Required Skills:
-B.S. or higher degree in Electrical/Electronics or Computer Science Engineering
-With at least 2 years’ software design and code writing working experience using C/C++ languages
-Thorough knowledge and understanding of micro-controllers and microprocessor system applications
-Strong problem solving and debugging skills
-Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and clear verbal communication skills
-With task and work planning skill
-With positive people interface attitude
·
Preferred Skills:
-Proficient with QNX, Linux/UNIX development environment
-Experience in HMI/MMI development
-Experience in device driver development
-Experience in team and project management
-Experience with Java, XML and assembly programming languages
-Experience with scripting language, such as Perl, Tcl
-Familiar with test tools such as logic analyzer, oscilloscope, emulator or debugger
2.Electrical Design EngineeMajor Job Responsibilities
·
Design products using CAD/CAE tools and to perform design analysis and evaluation
·
Design and develop new products for automotive audio or wireless system
·
Design and develop new components or redesign existing components to improve company products.
·
Verify and validate design integrity on bench and in vehicle
·
Follow engineering design process and product release procedures
·
Provide technical support to manufacturing during pilot run and production start-up
·
Exercise sound engineering judgment
·
Co-ordinate project activities
Qualifications
·
B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering
·
With at least 3years of experience in electronics product design
·
Experience in automotive or consumer electronics product design will be a plus
·
Excellent knowledge of EMC
·
Strong design and trouble shooting skills
·
Good knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE design tools, virtual prototyping and simulation is an added advantage
·
With task/project planning and participate in new product development with others as a team
·
Comprehensive technical English reading/writing and verbal communication skills are required
·
Good understanding of audio, telecommunication, RF front end and consumer electronics products will be an added advantage
·
Selects correct design concept and fundamental technology used for new products or improvement of existing ones.
